My Story

I used to think my memory lapses were just age-related changes. I’d often find myself driving and suddenly unable to recall how to reach destinations I had visited countless times.

Initially, these episodes were infrequent, occurring just once every few months. However, I began noticing a pattern as I struggled more frequently to recollect directions to familiar places, albeit briefly.

This progression began to worry me.

Everything changed one day during a routine trip to pick up my grandsons for a night at my house. Five minutes into the 30-minute drive, I completely forgot where I was heading. Overwhelmed with anxiety, I started to shake and cry.

I had to pull over, taking several moments to calm down before I managed to remember my destination and the way there.

Anger replaced my fear; anger at myself for what I thought was just aging. The looming thought of these lapses occurring while I had my grandchildren with me was terrifying.

What would happen if I never 'remembered'?

Determined to understand what was truly happening, I embarked on a journey of discovery. I learned that my memory difficulties weren’t merely age-related changes. I discovered holistic strategies that not only restored my memory but also reignited my vitality and zest for life.


After I experienced such a dramatic transformation with my symptoms, my whole passion and purpose shifted to focus on helping women who were experiencing the same debilitating mempry issues and the lack of options to deal with them. Now I work every day with women who need this information and solutions that nobody else is offering them so that they can make informed decisions about their health during this stressful and scary time of their lives.

My 4 grandchildren are why I worked so hard to optimize my brain health, and I want to help as many women as possible to reclaim their memory, clear their brain fog, regain their focus, or just prevent memory difficulties!
